Default Vista or XP?

Which os version do you like? I personally feel XP is more user friendly compared to Vista. Hardware requirements are very less for XP.

XP all the way. Vista is just that, Vista. Not fully functional, you need almost the double of resource to make it run (specially if you try to play a game). Yep, XP is more user friendly, i wouldn't change it for vista, not in a few years (probabily until 1GB ram units come along with you cheeseburger and fries)

Absolutely XP ! It's much faster than Vista and uses less system resources.

Specially after SP3 applied, it's more secure and stable than before.

For Xp is far better then Windows Vista and I think most of us agree with it as we have no problems to use it. I used Vista for few days and I had many problems in those few days use.

Default I think that I like Windows XP a lot more

I like Windows XP a lot more than I like Vista. I hear that Vista is very resource intensive, it is not designed to run as fast as XP on lower end machines. So for everyone who is not rich enough to buy an extremely fast computer and likes the speed of XP, stick with XP. If you have a very fast computer I would go with Vista!
