I tried installing it on my laptop too but I couldn't make myself use it everytime. I had to research for an hour just to learn how to install Pingus. O_O

I am using Ubuntu on my home pc. But somehow I keep going back to Windows again. (specially for games )

I heard that Ubuntu Zen will be releasing very soon. That might be worth to try.

Exactly the same here.
Ubuntu might have compizfusion, amarok, OpenOffice (the Windows version is poorly ported, very slow) and a load of other apps, as well as great ease-of-use, but I can't WINE some games and Windows apps. Really a barrier for people who want to switch.

Yea, that's what I don't like about it...not being able to have certain programs. Other than that I really like it.

I had Ubuntu in ma PC. I dint find it very user friendly and effective compared to windows XP.
